GameChangers is an education nonprofit dedicated to building next-generation capacity to solve complex problems together. Our goal is clear: promote global awareness, build cultural competence, and spark a deep passion and essential tools to advance universal well-being.

We do this in four ways:

• Learning Games — Collaborative games are uniquely suited to optimize group dynamics. Our games challenge players to include diverse perspectives, balance conflicting interests, consider ripple effects, and produce outcomes that serve individuals as well as the greater good.
• Community Workshops — Delivered to small groups, our workshops lead participants from playing learning games to co-creating real-world projects that transform their communities.
• Impact Coaching — Bringing over 35 years of diversity, inclusion, and social impact experience, we empower individuals and organizations to be effective stewards of global well-being. Methods include value anchoring, broad stakeholder engagement, and deep systems shifts.
• Media Content — We produce podcasts and publications that emphasize collective purpose, effective tools, and real-world examples.
